Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Thirdleading Pest Control works and how it gets paid. This disclosure lays out our role. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Thirdleading Pest Control Is

Thirdleading Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not do general pest control, termite treatment, rodent control, wildlife removal, exclusion or any other pest work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Thirdleading Pest Control may be paid by providers or marketing partners for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. Payment can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Thirdleading Pest Control. Each provider is solely responsible for:

• Its estimates, pricing and terms
• The products and methods it uses
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, permits and insurance
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement, and it is not a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are taking part in our network at that time.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.

Call Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
